  1. Vigencia:<\/strong> 1.<\/strong> Las cotizaciones en US d\u00f3lares son v\u00e1lidas por 30 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de la fecha de expedici\u00f3n. 2<\/strong>. Las cotizaciones en MX Pesos son v\u00e1lidas por 15 d\u00edas.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Precio: 1.<\/strong> Precio m\u00e1s I.V.A. sobre la divisa cotizada especificada. 2<\/strong>. Para pagos en MX pesos de cotizaciones en US D\u00f3lares se tomar\u00e1 el tipo de cambio publicado en el DOF de pago de factura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. T\u00e9rminos de compra: 1<\/strong>. El incoterm aplicable ser\u00e1 EXW, a menos que se especifique otro punto de entrega en esta cotizaci\u00f3n 2.<\/strong> Repstronics como tal no se har\u00e1 responsable de los da\u00f1os causados a las mercanc\u00edas durante su embarque. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. T\u00e9rminos de pago: 1<\/strong>. El pago de la mercanc\u00eda es de contado. 2.<\/strong> Los pagos  a cr\u00e9dito ser\u00e1n conforme a lo acordado con el cliente y est\u00e1 sujeto a previa autorizaci\u00f3n. 3. <\/strong>Se solicita el alta de hacienda, CSF y uso del CFDI para efectos de facturaci\u00f3n, en caso de ser operaci\u00f3n IMMEX deber\u00e1 de env\u00edar la autorizaci\u00f3n del IMMEX emitido por la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda. Toda re-facturaci\u00f3n que se derive de la omisi\u00f3n de los documentos mencionados tendr\u00e1 un cargo administrativo de 20 d\u00f3lares m\u00e1s I.V.A.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Disponibilidad y env\u00edos: 1. <\/strong>La mercanc\u00eda ser\u00e1 enviada al cliente v\u00eda paqueter\u00eda una vez colocada la orden de compra y est\u00e1 a su vez confirmada por Repstronics, siempre sujeta a la disponibilidad y t\u00e9rmino de entrega mencionado en esta cotizaci\u00f3n. 2.<\/strong> Si se requiere alg\u00fan env\u00edo urgente por parte del cliente, este cubrir\u00e1 los costos extras aplicables, as\u00ed como en caso de requerir que sus mercanc\u00edas viajen aseguradas. 3.<\/strong> El tiempo de entrega de la mercanc\u00eda puede variar, en caso de ser modificado el tiempo de entrega, Repstronics no aceptar\u00e1 penalizaci\u00f3n alguna. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Material en Stock: 1. <\/strong>Una vez realizada la compra y establecida la fecha de entrega, el cliente cuenta con 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para recolectar su mercanc\u00eda, una vez alcanzado el t\u00e9rmino establecido, se cobrar\u00e1 una cuota por       concepto de almacenaje de acuerdo a las pol\u00edticas internas de la empresa. 2.<\/strong> Los tiempos de entrega estar\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Cancelaci\u00f3n: 1. <\/strong>No se acepta ning\u00fan tipo de cancelaciones una vez realizada la orden de compra, de ser necesaria la cancelaci\u00f3n de la orden de compra, se cobrar\u00e1 una penalizaci\u00f3n por la cantidad total de la orden. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Garant\u00eda: 1. <\/strong>Garant\u00eda de acuerdo a los t\u00e9rminos del fabricante, misma que se efectuar\u00e1 mediante la sustituci\u00f3n  libre de cargo de las piezas con defecto o da\u00f1adas. La garant\u00eda no ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida por da\u00f1os ocasionados debido al uso inexperto de los equipos, especialmente por aplicaciones no adecuadas, instalaci\u00f3n\/montaje inapropiado, alteraci\u00f3n del producto o desgaste natural como en el caso de consumibles. El periodo de garant\u00eda empieza a contar desde el momento del embarque de la mercanc\u00eda. No aplica en servicios. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Observaciones: 1.<\/strong> Estos t\u00e9rminos y condiciones pueden verse modificados por las observaciones se\u00f1aladas en esta cotizaci\u00f3n. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10.     1. Validity: 1. <\/strong>Rates in US Dollars are valid for 30 days after the date of issue. 2.<\/strong> Rates in MX Pesos are valid for 15 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Price: 1.<\/strong> Price plus VAT. on the specified quoted currency. 2.<\/strong> For payments in MX pesos of quotes in US Dollars, the published exchange rate will be taken in the DOF of  invoice payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Purchase Terms: 1. <\/strong>The applicable Incoterm will be EXW, unless another delivery point is specified in this quote. 2.<\/strong> Repstronics as such will not be responsible for damage caused to merchandise during their shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Payment Terms: 1. <\/strong>The merchandise payment is in cash. 2.  <\/strong>Credit payments will be in accordance with the agreement with the client and is subject to prior authorization. 3.<\/strong> Tax registration, CSF and use of CFDI or W9 for invoicing purposes are requested, in case of IMMEX operation, the IMMEX authorization emitted by The Mexican Secretariat of Economy must be submitted, all re-billing caused by the omission of requested documents will have an administrative charge of 20 (twenty) dollars plus taxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Availability and shipments: 1.<\/strong> The merchandise will be sent to the customer via parcel once the purchase order has been placed and is in turn confirmed by Repstronics, always subject to availability and delivery term mentioned in this quote. 2.<\/strong> If an urgent shipment by the client is required, this will cover the applicable extra costs, as well as in case of requiring that their merchandise travel insured. 3. <\/strong>The delivery time of the merchandise may vary, if the delivery time is modified, Repstronics will not accept any penalty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Stock: 1. <\/strong>Once the purchase is made and the delivery date is established, the customer has 10 business days to collect their merchandise, once the established term is reached, a storage fee will be charged according to internal policies of the company. 2.<\/strong> Delivery time will be subject to availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Cancellation: 1.<\/strong> Cancellations of any kind are not accepted once the purchase order is made, if the cancellation of the purchase order is necessary, a penalty will be charged for the total amount of the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Warranty: 1. <\/strong>Warranty according to the manufacturer’s terms, which will be carried out through the free replacement of defective or damaged parts. The warranty will not be valid for damages caused due to the inexperienced use of the equipment, especially for inappropriate applications, improper installation \/ assembly, product alteration or natural wear as in the case of consumables. The warranty period begins to run from the moment the merchandise is shipped. This doesn\u2019t apply in services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Observations: 1.<\/strong> These terms and conditions may be modified by the observations indicated in this quote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    10.
